On-Set Production

Conncet(연결, 잇다) 라는 주제와 유네스코 세계기록유산 중 하나인 KBS특별생방송 ‘이산가족을 찾습니다’ 기록물을 소재로, 과거와 현재 세대가 이어져있으며 떨어진 이산가족의 아픔을 잊어서는 안된다는 메시지를 담은 애니메이션을 제작하였습니다.
미술감독으로서 작화 스타일 아이디에이션을 위해 이미지보드를 만들고 전체적인 톤에 통일된 색감을 공유하기 위해 컬러스크립트를 제작하였습니다. 또한 블렌더를 활용하여 전체적인 배경 레이아웃을 잡고 배경 작화를 진행하였습니다.

This is a stop-motion film created by drawing, printing, and cutting puppets by hand, then animating them frame by frame. I designed the space by illustrating the backgrounds and constructing the set. Unlike traditional stop-motion films, I incorporated layered spatial elements to create a deeper, more immersive sense of dimension.
